Yes. Every item in our collection is carefully sourced from trusted partners. Each piece is throughly inspected to ensure authenticity, quality, and condition before it becomes part of our collection.
Where do your items come from?
Our pieces are sourced from Japan, a market known for its strict standards and exceptionalcare for luxury items. Many designer pieces in Japan are very well preserved, which allowsus to offer high-quality pre-owned luxury items.
Are the items new or pre-owned?
The items in our collection are pre-owned luxury pieces. However, many are in excellentcondition due to our high care standards. The exact condition of each item is alwaysdescribed in the product listing.
What condition are the items in?
We carefully inspect every piece before listing it. Any visible signs of wear will be clearlymentioned and shown in the product photos so you know exactly what to expect.
Can I return my order?
Yes. Items can be returned within 14 days after the purchase date. If you would like to returnan item, please first register your return by sending an email tocontact@yourluxurywardrobe.nl.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The item must be returned inthe same condition as received and the return tag must still be attached. Returns without thereturn tag cannot be accepted.
What happens if the return tag is removed?
Items returned without the return tag attached cannot be accepted. The tag is part of ourauthenticity and return policy and must remain attached until you are certain you want tokeep the item.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Delivery times mayvary depending on your location, but tracking information will always be provided once yourorder has been shipped.
