Quality:

At YLW we sell all second-hand luxury and designer brands. We aim to provide our buyers with only the best quality items and to be 100% transparent on our item’s conditions. All pieces we receive are thoroughly checked to meet quality-requirements and are classified by condition. The following apply:

 

Perfect condition: an item without signs of wear, as good as new.

Very good condition: an item with very minimal signs of wear, in great condition.

Good condition: an item with minimal signs of wear, still in good condition.

Fair condition: an item with many signs of wear in very used condition.

 

Always read item-descriptions and look at item-pictures to avoid misunderstandings.

 

YLW also displays up-cycled items. This means that these items, that needed some extra love and care before meeting our quality-standards, were manually mended and improved. For example, by making small repairs or a freshening up an items color with dye or fabric-paint. You can always find out if an item is it up-cycled by reading the items’ description. We will provide a description of what parts have been repaired or replaced. Repairs are always carried out by professionals (external partners).

Authenticity:

We guarantee 100% authenticity on all our items. Every piece at Your Luxury Wardrobe is firstly checked by a team of experts and then followed by personal inspection on authenticity based on our own knowledge. We always make sure to go the extra mile for our buyers, so that you can shop without worry.
